Booking & Refund Policies

CalCo Travel has provided the following summary of booking, cancellation, and refund policies.
Travel insurance plans are also available. Please contact us for information and rates.
Effective Immediately
We accept all major credit cards. Checks should be made payable to CalCo Travel. Travel insurance is available and is non-refundable.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather and other events beyond our control, CalCo Travel will not be liable if any portion of a scheduled attraction or activity cannot be completed.
No one under the age of 14 is allowed on land trips of three days or more unless approved by management.
Cancellation Guidelines
Unless otherwise stated on an individual trip, the following cancellation guidelines apply:
- 60 or more days before departure: If a refund is due, CalCo Travel will retain a $100 cancellation fee to cover time and expenses associated with the trip, plus any non-refundable charges such as show tickets or admission fees. For international trips, the cancellation fee is $200, plus any non-refundable charges.
- 31–59 days before departure: CalCo Travel will retain a $200 cancellation fee, plus any non-refundable charges such as show tickets or admission fees. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- 30 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued. If the passenger finds someone to take their place, a refund may be issued minus any applicable name-change fee of $150 and a $200 cancellation fee.
- If another travel agency is providing the tour for CalCo Travel, that agency's cancellation policies will apply, including any forfeiture of the initial deposit.
- If a traveler cancels a trip and wishes to transfer funds to another trip, a $50 transfer fee will apply.
- If a name change is required due to passenger error, a minimum $150 name-change fee will apply.
- Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Airfare, Cruises & International Travel
The following cancellation guidelines apply to airfare, cruises, and international travel tours:
- Once final payment has been made to the cruise line or tour company, no refunds will be issued for international or cruise travel.
- Airfare is non-refundable.
- More than 100 days before departure: The initial deposit will be forfeited, plus a $200 cancellation fee and any other non-refundable charges. If another travel agency is providing the tour for CalCo Travel, that agency's cancellation policies will also apply, including forfeiture of the initial deposit, plus a $100 agency fee.
- 61–100 days before departure: 50% of the trip cost will be forfeited, plus a $200 cancellation fee.
- 60 days or less before departure: No refunds will be issued.
- If a name change is required due to passenger error, a minimum $150 name-change fee will apply.
- Passport expiration dates must be at least six months beyond the applicable travel date.
- Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Will I Need a Passport?
A passport is required for certain international travel, including many trips to the Caribbean and Mexico. We encourage travelers to apply for or renew their passports well in advance of their scheduled departure.
It is the traveler's responsibility to have all required identification and citizenship documentation. Refunds will not be issued if a passenger is denied boarding because of insufficient or invalid travel documentation.
How Do I Book a Vacation?
You may book a vacation by contacting the CalCo Travel office or by booking online when online reservations are available. We accept all major credit cards. Personal checks are accepted at the office.
Do You Accept Payments?
Yes. An initial deposit is required for all vacations, and a payment plan may be established for the remaining balance. Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary depending on the vacation package.
Payments may be made at the office, by phone, or online when online payment options are available. We accept major credit cards, money orders, and personal checks.
Do You Offer Travel Insurance?
Yes. Travel insurance is available for many trips. Please contact us for coverage information, rates, and complete details.
CalCo Travel Privacy Policy
When you make travel arrangements with CalCo Travel, we collect and use the information you provide to process your reservation, arrange your travel, and fulfill customer service requests.
We do not share your personal information with outside parties except when necessary to complete your reservation or travel arrangements. These parties may include airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, lodging providers, credit card processing services, reservation systems, and other travel-related service providers.
CalCo Travel does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Protecting the privacy of our travelers and customers is a priority.
